Sr450x Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

This document sets out the terms that are binding on all users who register and use the sr450x platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the sr450x platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the sr450x management. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the sr450x platform. The platform is not responsible if users provide false age information. sr450x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of not meeting the minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on sr450x. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur.

Password Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. sr450x will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the sr450x platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, use of automated software or bots to influence gameplay, sharing accounts with other parties, and any actions intended to compromise the platform's systems or security. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and legal action where warranted.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the sr450x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits, withdrawals, and the management of your account funds.

Deposit

All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the platform and through a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user. Deposits made using third-party accounts will not be accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. sr450x does not bear any fees charged by third-party financial institutions for deposit transactions.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the sr450x account holder. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.

Bonus and Rollover Terms

All bonuses awarded to users — including deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Users must fulfill these rollover requirements before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Any attempt to withdraw before rollover requirements are met may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated funds. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

Sr450x is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond the platform's control, including natural disasters or regulatory decisions. While the platform strives to maintain service availability at all times, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Users access this platform at their own risk. sr450x is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity, whether resulting from user error, game outcomes, or technical circumstances.

Account Suspension and Closure

Sr450x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user violates any of the stated terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or has breached applicable law. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons not involving any violation, any remaining cash balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the sr450x customer support team.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the sr450x platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, game software, and other visual elements — is the property of sr450x or its respective licensors and is protected under copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The sr450x platform may contain links or references to third-party services. sr450x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites before using them.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Sr450x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through channels designated by sr450x management.
